geral reduzir a pobreza e a desigualdade no Estado e est\u00e1 ancorado em tr\u00eas pilares, o \u201cPar\u00e1 2030\u2033, voltado para as matrizes econ\u00f4micas, incentivando as cadeias produtivas para fomentar a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego e renda; o \u201cPar\u00e1 Social\u201d, destinado ao desenvolvimento familiar e inclus\u00e3o social, e o \u201cPar\u00e1 Ambiental\u201d, direcionado
